A Harry Potter-themed love story that spans continents! He is Italian, she is Iranian, and they met in Malaysia! The numbers: 70 guests from 11 different countries, Coordination of 11 transfers, 7 different suppliers, 16 hours of work in a single day.
A civil ceremony in the center of Rome, Welcome drinks and buffet in the four lounges, Dinner in the grand hall, Harry Potter-themed fruit and desserts and to finish… dancing!

A year of work to create a fairytale wedding: a hundred guests from Italy and the US, immersed in the magic of a castle. Ceremony, appetizer buffet, dinner, cake cutting, desserts, and fruit accompanied by live music, excitement, and special corners such as the ice cream and tea corners!
Transfers and overnight stays between Rome, Ladispoli, and Ceri, even managing unexpected strikes.

First contact with the couple on March 5, 2024, with the wedding scheduled for June 8, 24. I was happy to support the couple, given the challenge posed by the tight schedule and 130 guests from USA, Spain and Italy.
The wedding: Ceremony in location under a beautiful magnolia tree, Welcome aperitif by the pool, Appetizer buffet and dinner on the roof garden with a splendid view of Rome, Cake cutting, dessert buffet, and to end on a high note… The big final party!
A romantic story like few others and only three months to make your dream come true: a wonderful day, a beautiful memory!

The first meeting is a space for deep listening, where I gather not only your desires and expectations, but also the feelings, memories and atmospheres you imagine experiencing together with your loved ones.
I don’t simply plan an event, I build an experience with you: made up of glances, expectations and emotions that intertwine in small moments — the arrival of guests, spontaneous smiles, hugs, the changing light throughout the day, the words that will remain.
My job, and that of my staff, is to transform your dream into a living, coherent and authentic narrative, where every choice speaks of you. The goal is for those present to feel, without the need for explanations, that everything they are experiencing is an extension of your story, of your way of being together.
For me, a wedding is never a standardised replica: it is always a personal story, constructed with care, listening and respect, so that you can recognise yourselves in every moment — and find yourselves in the eyes of those who accompany you.
The Budget: I believe that clarity is the foundation of a couple's peace of mind.
That’s why my work on budgets always starts with a direct and honest discussion: we talk openly about numbers, priorities and expectations, without judgement or pressure. Every financial decision is shared, understood and made together.
I use constantly evolving digital tools that provide an up-to-date overview of expenses: shared management files, real-time monitoring of cost items and simulations that help optimise resources. My goal is not to “cut back”, but to maximise every investment, transforming the budget into a strategic tool rather than a source of stress.
I work to offer maximum transparency at every stage: no hidden costs, no surprises, just a clear path that allows the couple to always feel informed and protected in their choices.
When working with international couples, I always clarify the cost differences between organising a wedding in Italy and abroad: taxation, transport, local suppliers and logistics can have a significant impact, and it is my job to guide each assessment with realism and maximum precision.
The Location: When the dream really begins to take shape.
I will accompany you on a journey of images, sensations and possibilities, helping you to imagine not only the place, but also the experience you will share with your guests.
It could be a villa overlooking the sea, where the light of the sunset envelops the table and the sound of the waves accompanies your vows. Or a residence immersed in the countryside, surrounded by silence and the scents of nature, where time seems to slow down and every moment becomes more intimate. For some couples, it is the charm of a lake, with soft reflections on the water and a suspended atmosphere; for others, it is the excitement of a castle or a historic residence, with walls that tell ancient stories and the elegant flavour of a modern fairy tale.
In my selection, I evaluate not only beauty, but also the real functionality of the spaces: I prefer locations with an internal kitchen, to guarantee quality, control of timing and continuity of the gastronomic experience. I pay great attention to the existence of a real, elegant and coherent plan B, capable of keeping the magic intact even in case of rain or unforeseen events.
Every detail is designed to make you feel like you are in the right place at the right time, allowing your guests to experience a space that reflects you and tells your story, without the need for explanations.

That’s why I rely on a network of suppliers selected over the years, professionals whose human and professional value I know, and who are used to working together. This harmony makes coordination smoother, reduces unexpected events and allows us to transform your dream into something real, harmonious and coherent.
I don’t just “choose” suppliers: I build a team around your story. Every professional involved knows your project, your desires and your priorities. When necessary, I create dedicated group chats that include you and the main suppliers, to make communication immediate, clear and shared.
This method allows everyone to speak the same language, anticipate needs and protect what really matters: the emotion, the rhythm of the day, respect for the timing and the feelings you want to experience together with your guests.
My role is to hold every part of the project together, coordinate, guide and protect your dream, so that you can experience it with serenity, confidence and freedom.

I provide a custom, streamlined master file (perfected over 15 years) to manage your guest list, seating charts, and budget in real-time. My support also covers complex Italian paperwork and bureaucracy, all delivered with an empathetic, listening ear. Additionally, for those planning independently, I offer dedicated expert consultations via video call.
